📋 Description

• You lead AI and machine learning projects for our clients • You translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions • You are responsible for architecture, delivery, and technical quality • You work closely with clients • You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects • You act as a technical sparring partner on equal footing

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or AI-driven software development • Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks • Experience with production-ready ML systems, APIs, and deployment • Confident presence in client projects and workshops • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly • High degree of ownership and pragmatic work style • Excellent German language skills (C2)
