📋 Description

• Develop high-quality software products in the area of hyperautomation and workflow management • Independently take responsibility for complex full-stack projects • Analyze SRS documents (Software Requirements Specifications) • Design data models (ER diagrams) and define API interfaces (RESTful, OpenAPI) • Develop security concepts (RBAC, OAuth, JWT) following OWASP standards • Implement performant, scalable applications • Develop test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) • Ensure quality through code reviews and proactive identification of security vulnerabilities • Deploy applications to self-hosted servers and set up CI/CD pipelines • Critically review AI-generated code and optimize performance • Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT specialist in application development) • Several years of practical software development experience (demonstrable via portfolio or project references) • Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database design (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Proficiency in at least one backend language at a senior level: Node.js, Python, Go, C#, Java • Experience with modern frontend frameworks: React, Vue.js, Angular (at least one at senior level) • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI/UX patterns • Understanding of the OWASP Top 10 (injection, XSS, CSRF, broken authentication) • Practical experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC, SSO) • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) • Deployment of applications on self-hosted servers
