📋 Description

• Configure and support S/4HANA Asset Management, including technical object structures, maintenance planning and work order processing. • Design and implement preventive maintenance for fleet, facilities, and water/wastewater equipment, including maintenance plans, strategies, and task lists. • Configure work order types, priorities, planner groups, and work centres aligned to client operating structures. • Implement maintenance notification and work order workflows, including approval and settlement rules. • Design and deploy Fiori tiles and personas for maintenance roles, including mobile execution where in scope. • Build EAM reporting for maintenance compliance, backlog, and asset cost, and support migration of reporting to Power BI. • Support master data build and governance for functional locations and equipment, including SAP Migration Cockpit data loads. • Complete preliminary testing, support client User Acceptance Testing, and deliver documentation and knowledge transfer on every assignment. • Work directly with operations staff who are not SAP specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience. • 6–10 years in SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management functional configuration. • At least one S/4HANA implementation or conversion. • Hands-on PM/EAM configuration on at least one S/4HANA project; module exposure alone does not qualify. • Experience configuring preventive maintenance for fleet or linear/municipal infrastructure assets. • Understanding of PM integration with MM and FI/CO, including costing consequences. • Knowledge of technical objects: functional locations, equipment masters, bills of material, measuring points, and counters. • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance: maintenance plans, strategies, task lists, scheduling, and call horizons. • Knowledge of corrective maintenance: notifications, work orders, order types, operations, confirmations, settlement, and costing. • Knowledge of fleet management objects, consumption tracking, and usage-based maintenance triggers. • Knowledge of PM integration to Funds Management. • Experience with Fiori applications and personas for maintenance planners, supervisors, and technicians, including mobile work order execution. • Experience with EAM reporting and analytics, including backlog, compliance, and cost-per-asset measures. • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or equivalent PM/EAM certification preferred. • Municipal, utility, or public works EAM experience is a strong asset.
