📋 Description

• Lead large, complex Analytics and AI strategy engagements • Serve as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders • Guide clients through structured assessments of current-state analytics and AI maturity • Lead executive workshops, briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessions • Oversee the development of strategy deliverables • Coach and develop consultants, engagement managers, and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or quantitative field preferred • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, digital, or AI strategy roles, ideally in a client-facing consulting environment • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and value-oriented mindset • Proven ability to lead business development activities
