📋 Description
• Oversee and optimize day-to-end business operations in Colombia. • Act as the primary liaison between local teams and U.S. leadership. • Oversee compliance with Colombia’s legal, tax, employment, and operational regulations. • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to support growth and efficiency. • Manage relationships with local vendors, partners, and government entities. • Support HR operations, including hiring and onboarding. • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for executive teams. • Identify risk and ensure operational continuity.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of operations leadership or management experience, ideally within multinational or U.S.-based organizations. • Strong knowledge of Colombian regulations, including labor law, compliance, HR processes, and business operations. • Direct experience coordinating with U.S. teams, executives, or clients. • Proven ability to design and optimize operational workflows. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. • Experience managing local vendors, partners, and/or government agencies.
