📋 Description

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements for Credit cards as a product and services. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into implementation backlog. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in credit cards. • Support the development and implementation of new products, services, and technology solutions. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing credit card offerings and recommend improvements. • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. • Work closely with risk, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence. • Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus. • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in credit cards. • Strong knowledge of Credit card products. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and project management software. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Credit cards. • Ability to efficiently communicate in both Polish and English language.
