📋 Description
• Arrive at the airport early working with all stakeholders to ensure the client's needs to have been met e.g. the catering and ground transport are correct • Meet and greet the lead client and guests at the terminal, providing a professional, welcoming ACS presence. • Arrange or provide requested refreshments where appropriate. • Communicate with the client at each stage of the process, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout. • Support a smooth client journey from arrival at the terminal through to departure, escalating any issues promptly where needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Ideally worked as a VIP cabin attendant • Must be fluent in Spanish and English • Must be proactive and solutions focused • Outstanding communicator
