📋 Description

• Collaborate with Project Directors and Task Leaders to plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including standard templates, workflows, and processes aligned with AIR’s best practices and contractual requirements. • Track project progress using tools such as Jira, updating dashboards and ensuring timely completion of tasks and tickets. • Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning, implementation, and reporting. • Forecast and analyze project data, synthesizing insights into reports and visualizations to inform decision-making. • Monitor project benchmarks and performance indicators, identifying risks and recommending adjustments as needed. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and accountability. • Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance and meet project goals. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline project management practices. • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, education, psychology, political science, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and staffing processes; or an advanced degree (MBA, MPA) with at least 4 years of relevant experience. • Experience working on CMS projects, especially with multidisciplinary health services research teams conducting program evaluations and/or program implementations. • Experience managing technical or data-driven projects is preferred, but not required. • PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
