📋 Description

• Design the IP infrastructure of multi-site data centers • Design GRX/IPX interconnectivity and global PoP structure for access to mobile partner networks • Define the WAN network strategy • Lead realization of data center LAN and WAN networks, including configuration of DRAs, GTPs, GGSN/PGW, SBC, firewalls, and routers • Integrate direct roaming agreements and sponsored roaming agreements • Trace signalling and user-plane transport to debug issues • Act as primary interface between the Core Network team, Platform team, Network Operations team, and technology partners • Optimize and enhance the core network • Support operations with deployments, rollouts, performance improvements, training, and partner operations support

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications preferred or equivalent experience demonstrated • 3–5 years minimum relevant experience in the telecom core field • 3+ years experience with network elements such as Packet Gateway GGSN/PGW/DPI, direct and sponsored roaming (HLR/HSS), diameter routing and GTP, GRX • 3+ years experience with Sigtran MAP, Sigtran CAP, Diameter (Ro, Gx, Gy, Gn, Gi), REST API, and BGP • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable communicating in English in meetings and asynchronously • IREG Testing experience preferred • International working experience ideal
