📋 Description

• Act as the primary conduit between legal/regulatory findings and the Core Network team, translating regional mandates into functional requirements. • Lead requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams. • Compare regulatory requirements with platform capabilities and identify enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options. • Create technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services such as MNP and Lawful Interception. • Define business rules and data exchange requirements for MNP, voice/SMS routing, edge cases, and exception handling. • Define data points and reporting frequencies required by local authorities. • Lead acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements for country-specific regulatory delivery. • Manage technical-regulatory checklists across multiple countries and escalate risks. • Coordinate with central databases and external partners on interworking specifications and integration milestones. • Mentor Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams on user stories, functional specifications, and traceability. • Provide functional leadership to development teams and support solution design decisions. • Lead localized adaptation and system integration of Airalo’s Global MVNO Core, including HSS, DRA, and PGW platforms. • Bridge standardized engineering sprints with local MNO, regulator, and partner requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in Telecom or Tech • Ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks • Technical understanding of SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases • Skilled in writing User Stories and Functional Specs and managing Jira tickets • Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and global telecom markets • Ability to create structured technical documentation and process flowcharts • Experience coaching and mentoring team members • Ability to liaise between legal, product, and engineering teams • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Prior MVNO or Mobile Core experience is nice to have • Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology is nice to have • Familiarity with Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting is nice to have
