📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams (PM, Design, DS, QA) and Global engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions and help shape the roadmap • Write and review technical designs for large, open-ended problems — from market-specific product features to foundational mobile infrastructure • Write clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code to ship polished, pixel-perfect user experiences • Mentor and support the career growth of other engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical guidance • As the tech lead of a project, drive end-to-end delivery, communicate progress to stakeholders, and own the overall quality across the full release cycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of iOS development experience; proficient in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Core Animation / Core Graphics • Proficient in applying AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development workflows — from tech design, to code generation, debugging, to code review and documentation • Strong product sense with a proven ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces and fluid animations • Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and navigating ambiguous challenges • Strong cross-team collaboration skills with excellent English communication; experience working in globally distributed teams or building products for diverse markets is a plus
