📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives aimed at meeting key business priorities. • Balance broad, outcome-driven thinking with attention to critical details. • Shape and influence the technical direction of projects. • Define and secure stakeholder alignment on clear, measurable success criteria. • Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with stakeholders. • Present outcomes and updates to senior leadership clearly and comprehensively. • Define and align on success criteria with relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices across Payments. • Develop a portfolio view of Payments programs with visibility into execution status. • Work independently with stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 5 years as a TPM or relevant experience. • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • Demonstrated ability to work calmly through ambiguity to detailed solutions. • Self-motivated, proactive and ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences. • Proven track record of influencing others in combination with strong analytical skills. • Experience developing processes where little exists and demonstrated flexibility to get things done. • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand the bigger picture. • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative. • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills. • Exhibit knowledge of Asana, Jira, or other equivalent task management tooling. • Nice to have: Experience developing or working directly on various aspects of large-scale ML/AI platforms. • Nice to have: Experience with feature development of AI-powered product experiences. • Nice to have: Experience and passion for building and maintaining products leveraging AI models.
