📋 Description

• Technical and programmatic management of suppliers and subcontractors as the central point of contact within the company • Coordination of and support for the internal and external development of the cryptosystem within one or more projects • Cross-project support for multiple projects during the bid and implementation phases • Proactive coordination and solution-oriented mediation of overlapping requirements in multi-project management • Support for crypto accreditation activities • Ensuring close technical and programmatic collaboration between the Airbus sites in Bremen and Friedrichshafen • Support for integrated national space mission project teams • Contributing to operational activities and the transformation plan for high-performance ground-space mission solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline • Several years of professional experience in technical project management, supplier management, or at the interface between systems engineering and IT security • Theoretical or practical foundation in cryptography and network security • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Enjoyment of managing external partners • Willingness to travel occasionally for business • Fluency in German and English • Experience in space systems engineering, e.g. ESA projects • Knowledge of cryptographic protocols, ECSS standards, or CCSDS space protocols • Experience with classified projects (VS material) and managing technical stakeholders • Familiarity with accreditation processes, e.g. BSI IT-Grundschutz, DEUmilSAA, Common Criteria, or ISO 27001 • French language skills are a plus
