📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional on-site service for CS Medical equipment across the United States • Serves as the primary face of the company to customers • Execute service work with urgency and professionalism • Complete all service documentation accurately and timely • Build strong relationships with hospital and clinical staff • Perform installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned equipment • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person visits • Ensure all equipment is operating safely and in compliance with standards • Support service quality initiatives and customer satisfaction goals • Provide feedback from the field to improve products and service processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of experience in a technical or medical device service environment (or equivalent) • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset • High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems) • Proven ability to manage documentation with speed and accuracy • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Associates Degree in related field or equivalent (Preferred) • Experience working in hospital, clinical, or repair environments (Preferred)
