📋 Description

• Ship production-ready code across the full stack, from API and data layer to UI. • Collaborate on the upcoming migration from Ember to React. • Diagnose and fix scaling, performance, and reliability issues on our platforms. • Own features end-to-end. From pitch to production. • Set the bar on code quality through reviews, testing standards, and clear documentation. • Mentor engineers on React best practices and help shape our technical roadmap. • Use AI tools to speed up your own work and share what works with the team. • Work on Partner integrations with large companies such as AirBnB, Booking.com, VRBO

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full stack experience shipping and operating production systems. • Strong React and TypeScript skills, plus solid back-end fundamentals (APIs, data modeling, relational databases). • Hands-on experience with testing, CI/CD, and basic observability (logs, metrics, alerts). • A track record of working on/leading non-trivial migrations or modernization work on a live product. • Clear written and verbal communication skills - you can explain trade-offs to engineers and non-engineers alike. • Practical, daily use of AI tools in your workflow, with the judgment to verify what they produce.
