📋 Description

• Responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and LNIX platforms • Design solutions, automation of service delivery • Hardware/software/OS/application maintenance • Platform security • Build out of globally accessible high-availability products and services • Support SOC 2 and ISO 27002 compliance activities • Collaborate with internal teams to support telecom-specific applications and integrations • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime • Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, data protection regulations, and company policies • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system resources across enterprise systems • Support and maintain virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V) • Provide technical support to end users

🎯 Requirements

• Fully experienced with Windows Server • Fully experienced with Linux administration is A MUST • Deep knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in the technologies, software, operating systems, and services noted above • Must understand how high availability network services are delivered across the OSI layers in secured, and scalable, fashions • Strong candidate would have mastered fundamentals, such as shell scripting, AD integration, RAID filesystem management, hardware selection, OS installation, data restoration, system troubleshooting, etc.
