• Prepare and manage telecom service quotes, proposals, and pricing documentation. • Support sales representatives with product information, availability, and technical specifications. • Coordinate with engineering, provisioning, and customer service teams to ensure quote accuracy and feasibility. • Maintain organized records of quotes, contracts, and customer communications. • Assist in tracking sales pipeline and follow-up activities using CRM tools. • Respond to client inquiries regarding telecom services, pricing, and delivery timelines. • Ensure compliance with internal processes and telecom industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quoting workflows and customer experience.
• Located in El Salvador (this is a requirement.) • Experience working in a Telecom BPO or similar telecom-focused environment. • Strong understanding of telecom services (VoIP, SD-WAN, MPLS, SIP, etc.). • Proven experience in sales support, quoting, or order management within the telecom industry. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. • Preferred: Familiarity with telecom provisioning and service delivery processes. • Preferred: Experience working with international telecom carriers and vendors. • Preferred: Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into customer-friendly language. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
