📋 Description

• Maintain and evolve the large codebase that powers our billing and payments service • Integrate with external billing-related services and connect new payment gateways • Solve production payment issues and keep the system reliable and secure • Design and review software architecture for new payments features • Implement hypotheses and run experiments to move core business metrics • Write tests and contribute to a well-covered, high-quality codebase • Analyze relevant metrics to inform decisions and validate experiment outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial programming experience • Strong PHP skills (8.0–8.3) with production work in Laravel • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience with Redis • Comfort with Git and Docker in day-to-day workflows • Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles • Ability to assess task complexity, decompose work, and prioritize effectively • A mature, self-driven mindset and the ability to take responsibility for tasks and whole features end to end • Fluent Ukrainian or Russian
