📋 Description

• Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers. • Run delivery across all workstreams: internal team and external partners. • Own the project plan end to end: scope, schedule, budget, risk register. • Make technical sequencing decisions based on platform constraints. • Guide customers through AI workflow transformation and manage organizational dynamics. • Utilize AI tools actively in delivery operations. • Manage scope formally and track change requests. • Sequence work across Agile sprint cycles and Waterfall delivery milestones. • Hold external partners accountable across organizational boundaries. • Coordinate compliance, security, access management in regulated environments. • Keep executive stakeholders accurately informed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Strong fluency with AI tools in delivery workflow. • Worked directly in Airtable or a comparable platform. • PMP or equivalent PMO certification. • Operate fluidly across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Track record of coordinating delivery across organizational boundaries. • Communicate effectively across executive and technical stakeholders.
