📋 Description

• Conduct sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers • Search for and attract prescription projects • Provide customer service to installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies • Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects • Coordinate the prescribing draughtsman/designer • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects • Maintain relations with developers, builders, and installers according to the project phase • Provide technical after-sales support, customer service, and commissioning of after-sales installations • Provide technical assistance to developers, builders, installers, and other channels • Coordinate technical after-sales activities • Act as project manager at construction sites and monitor installations • Support marketing strategies • Manage collections and monitor incidents • Prepare regular management reports covering customer visits, offers made, and related activity • Serve as intermediary between customers and manufacturing • Manage the customer database for the assigned area • Present company, catalog, and product information • Build customer loyalty • Coordinate technical-commercial training for installers

🎯 Requirements

• BMS & Home Automation Integration Experience • Experience in sales account management for the Benelux market • Technical knowledge sufficient to provide after-sales support and installation commissioning • Ability to manage projects from start to finish • Ability to prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects • Ability to coordinate installers, developers, builders, distributors, architects, engineering firms, and construction companies • Ability to prepare regular management reports • Ability to manage customer databases • Ability to coordinate technical-commercial training for installers
