📋 Description

• Conduct sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers • Search for and attract prescription projects • Provide customer service to installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies • Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects • Coordinate the prescribing draughtsman/designer • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects • Manage relationships with developers, builders, and installers throughout project phases • Provide technical after-sales support and commissioning of installations • Assist different channels with technical support and coordinate technical after-sales • Monitor installations as project manager at construction sites • Support marketing strategies • Manage collections and monitor incidents • Prepare regular management reports • Act as intermediary between customers and manufacturing • Manage the customer database for the assigned area • Present company, catalog, and product information • Build customer loyalty • Coordinate technical-commercial training for installers
