📋 Description

• Pickup, deliver, and install products to manufacturer specifications (Delivery & Assembly, 2-person team) • Assemble products on-site at customer homes (Assembly Only, 2-person team) • Complete in-home repairs using manufacturer-provided parts (Repair, 1-person) • Choose the work that fits your schedule, equipment, and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment • Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), Fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and backyard products (playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs • Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair) • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR • Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products • Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s) • EIN required • Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements • DOT/MC authority required for some work • Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards • AIT conducts background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.
