📋 Description

• Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in Finance and at least one additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline (e.g. Accounting, Business Analytics). • Integrate emerging technologies such as AI-assisted design tools and interactive platforms into the curriculum. • Develop and update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements. • Supervise senior projects and guide students. • Maintain rigorous assessment standards. • Maintain an active research agenda in Finance and/or additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline. • Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences. • Engage in interdisciplinary projects and pursue external funding where applicable. • Contribute to strengthening the School’s academic and professional profile.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics or similar. • Minimum of five years of university-level teaching experience (for Associate & Full Professor ranks), with demonstrated teaching excellence. • Strong evidencing professional and/or research-based work in the area of the professional expertise. • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Bloomberg). • Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, and/or recognized professional practice. • Strong written and oral communication skills in English. • Experience working effectively in multicultural academic environments.
