📋 Description

• Advise clients on the sustainable adoption of AI technologies in their organizations • Conduct client workshops to identify AI use cases and develop roadmaps • Prepare and deliver AI training sessions for various stakeholder groups on the client side • Develop tailored AI solutions for specific business requirements in collaboration with the offshore AI development team • Implement and manage AI projects for clients • Continuously monitor the latest developments, technologies, approaches, and opportunities in AI

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT consulting or other dynamic environments requiring a high degree of ownership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a confident and professional presence • A high degree of initiative and motivation to develop expertise in AI and stay up to date • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients and apply them to specific client use cases • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in teams, in both German and English • Willingness to travel occasionally to support clients on site • Ideally based in Berlin; alternatively, remote within Germany
