Aivisory is a German AI consulting and implementation partner that helps manufacturing and industrial companies in the DACH region adopt and operationalize artificial intelligence. They provide end-to-end services including AI strategy and roadmapping, targeted training, 3-month pilot projects producing functional prototypes, production-ready AI software development, and ongoing model monitoring and operations. Aivisory combines experience from IT consulting, data science, and software engineering to drive measurable business value from AI and to integrate solutions into clients' existing IT landscapes.

📋 Description

• Advising clients on the sustainable use of AI technologies within their organizations • Conducting workshops for clients to identify AI use cases and derive AI roadmaps • Preparing and delivering AI training to share knowledge with different stakeholder groups at clients • Developing customized AI solutions for specific business requirements, in collaboration with our offshore AI development team • Implementing and managing AI projects for our clients • Continuously learning about current developments in the AI field and new technologies, approaches, and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT consulting or other dynamic environments with high personal responsibility • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with a confident presence • High level of initiative to train yourself in AI topics and stay continuously up to date • Ability to make complex technical concepts understandable to clients and apply them to concrete use cases • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work style in German and English • Willingness to travel occasionally to support clients on-site when needed • Ideally based in Berlin — if not, the role can also be performed remotely within Germany
