📋 Description

• Responsible for the design, development and maintainability of Java-based backend systems • Technical leadership of a development team, including mentoring and guiding developers • Close collaboration with business consultants on requirements analysis and the implementation of new software solutions • Support in preparing proposals and anticipating potential challenges • Ensuring system operation with consideration for performance, scalability and security • Participation in code reviews and providing constructive feedback as a technical expert

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in architecting and designing modular systems, REST APIs or event-driven interfaces • Very strong Java programming skills • Practical experience with Apache Kafka and preferably Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns • Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Excellent communication skills in German and English
