📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage a wide variety of projects from start to finish across Project Management, Knowledge Management, Partnerships, and Data Science teams. • Develop, coordinate, own project plans and timelines and lead their execution. • Track priorities, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects related to data and technology for social good. • Report to and communicate with clients and partners regularly using appropriate methods, channels, and tools. • Interact with and manage vendors according to project plans. • Create deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals). • Support Senior Manager and staff on other projects as needed. • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews. • Conduct user needs interviews, distill technical/user requirements, resolve data/workflow issues, support implementation, and develop information architecture elements.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid Level role (posting states "Mid Level"). • Project coordination and project management skills (developing, coordinating, owning project plans and timelines). • Experience tracking priorities, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects. • Client management and regular communication with clients and partners. • Vendor management according to project plans. • Ability to create clear deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals). • Administrative skills (scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews). • Ability to conduct user needs interviews and distill user or technical requirements. • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical data/workflow issues and provide implementation support. • Experience developing elements of information architecture. • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, passion, and commitment. • Self-directed learning and ability to learn new skills and technologies as needed.
