📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage a wide variety of projects from start to finish for GivingTuesday Data Commons • Develop, coordinate, and own project plans and timelines and lead their execution • Track priorities, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects • Report to and communicate with clients and partners using appropriate methods and tools • Interact with and manage vendors according to project plans • Create effective deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals) • Participate in and support work of Senior Manager and staff on other projects as needed • Take on administrative responsibilities as needed, including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews • Conduct user needs interviews, distill requirements, resolve technical data/workflow issues, design solutions, and support implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Mid Level role (Project Coordinator) • Experience coordinating and managing projects from start to finish • Ability to develop, coordinate, and own project plans and timelines • Experience reporting to and communicating with clients and partners regularly • Experience interacting with and managing vendors according to project plans • Ability to create clear deliverables and communication materials (training documents, project updates, charts, visuals) • Experience conducting user needs interviews and distilling user or technical requirements • Ability to resolve technical data/workflow issues and provide implementation support • Experience developing elements of information architecture • Administrative skills including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews • Self-directed learning and adaptability to new skills and technologies • Must submit a resume and short cover letter to apply • Remote work capability / ability to work in a global remote environment
