📋 Description

• Build working automations and scripts when that solves problems faster than a meeting. • Read code and identify what will break in production. • Manage backlogs, risks, deadlines, and multiple client demands. • Triage incoming requests and prioritize work. • Communicate plainly and honestly with clients. • Run client calls and standups on US Eastern time. • Own engagement delivery plans end to end, including sequencing, dependencies, and dates. • Unblock technical decisions within the team. • Escalate risks promptly. • Define deliverable completion criteria before development begins. • Monitor post-go-live adoption and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized across many moving parts at once: a backlog, several risks, more than one client. • Reads code and specs well enough to say what will break in production. • Builds small automations and scripts to solve problems fast. • Calm, clear, honest client communication in written and spoken English, especially when the news is bad. • AI fluent: uses AI daily to draft, build, and check work, and can tell good output from slop. • Comfortable making priority calls under pressure and owns them. • Two or more years in technical delivery, program management, or a comparable role. • Available for at least 7 to 8 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time (9am to 6pm ET), consistently. • Reliable internet, a quiet place to take client calls, and your own laptop. • Legally able to work as an independent contractor or through an employer of record in your country. • A bachelor's degree is preferred and is not a requirement.
