📋 Description

• Cashflow responsibility for the Czech Republic + Slovakia (both sell-in and sell-out). • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. • Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth. • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry. • Strong network in the security industry in the Czech Republic and Slovakia markets. • Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. • Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness and ability to travel. • Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results. • Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen. • Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.
