📋 Description

• Providing strategy, structure, leadership, direction and inspiration to the SE organization within the region • Engaging with customers through demonstrating executive presence and maximizing customer satisfaction • Partnering with Sales leadership and field Sales teams on strategy, must-win and strategic opportunities • Collaborating with your peers and leadership to support the go-to-market initiatives for the region • Leading with data-driven decision-making strategies to facilitate growth within the region • Partnering with internal cross functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction • Leading initiatives to build the capabilities of the team to introduce new products to our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate experience managing a team, including career coaching, performance management, and mentoring • Be capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Services • Have expertise with Zero Trust security concepts and technologies such as Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA and Microsegmentation • Possess the ability to analyze data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders • Being a customer advocate passionate about delivering technical solutions and presenting technical topics to diverse audiences • Demonstrate influential interpersonal skills and a proven record of successfully building collaboration around technical and business initiatives
