📋 Description

• Deliver live product demos showcasing Akamas’ capabilities • Manage and resolve technical inquiries during the sales process • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions and Proof of Concept proposals • Lead and execute Proofs of Concept in real customer environments • Shape tailored solutions to match customer needs • Respond to RFI/RFP requests with clear, detailed technical information • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure promised solutions are real and scalable • Partner with the sales team and prospects throughout the technical sales process • Handover solutions to Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager • Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures based on Kubernetes • Familiarity with observability solutions such as Dynatrace, Datadog, and Grafana • Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive stakeholders • Ability to balance pre-sales, PoC execution, and handover to Customer Success teams • Background in performance engineering (nice to have) • Experience tuning complex IT stacks based on Java, Node.js, or Go (nice to have) • Proficiency in major cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud (nice to have) • Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python (nice to have)
