• Lead and support client software implementations. • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. • Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software. • Demonstrated accounting/financial skill. • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
