📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of a secure, user-friendly Streamlit web application for managing internal talent planning data. • Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to design wireframes and intuitive workflows tailored for non-technical users. • Develop secure authentication and role-based access controls aligned with enterprise HR security standards. • Integrate the application with Snowflake to read and write sensitive HR data, using best practices for performance, governance, and compliance. • Build export functionality for individual-level data in accessible formats. • Collaborate with internal HR, data engineering, and IT teams on data definitions, architecture, and integration support. • Create reusable components and maintain documentation for scalability and support. • Ensure application reliability and maintainability through automated testing, performance monitoring, and logging.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building interactive applications with Streamlit (not just dashboarding). • Proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data transformation tasks. • In-depth understanding of Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and query optimization. • Strong experience developing secure web applications, including session management, audit logging, and user authentication. • Excellent communication and consulting skills; ability to lead technical solutioning and clarify requirements with stakeholders. • Proven UX/UI design experience for business or HR users. • Familiarity with PII/HR data compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, internal HR data standards). • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
