• Build and optimize alan.com, the high-traffic platform • Power up all acquisition channels driving organic and paid traffic • Develop seamless conversion experiences for prospects to become members • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering • Experience leading a team • Good experience building and shipping web applications • English working proficiency • Knowledge of conversion funnels and marketing metrics • Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences • Self-starting and entrepreneurial • Humble and willing to grow
