📋 Description

• Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily. • Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love. • Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.” • Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries. • Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage. • Collaborate across teams: partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.

🎯 Requirements

• We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full-stack experience. • Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll. • Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions. • Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity. • B2B experience is a plus! • Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript). • Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required). • Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
