📋 Description

• Responsible for organizing crew work and accountability of crew output • Spend 40% of time on individual contributions to crew objectives • Build and optimize alan.com for member conversion • Power all acquisition channels that drive traffic • Develop seamless conversion experiences for prospects • Support broader business initiatives and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering • Experience leading a team • Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences • Good experience building and shipping web applications • Interest in the business side, understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth • Clear progression in career with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact • Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset • Humble and willing to grow • Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching • English working proficiency
