📋 Description

• Protect Alan’s competitive edge by defining our strategy on key topics. • Engage directly with key prospects and customers in strategic business conversations. • Maintain product excellence and protection of our members. • Oversee insurance compliance internationally in Alan’s growing markets. • Develop strategies to influence regulatory evolutions and maintain productive relationships with insurance regulators.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of insurance law and/or social protection law experience at a top insurance law firm or an international insurance company. • At least part of your experience should be commercial, you should have in-depth experience negotiating or litigating complex health & disability insurance deals. • We also value broad experience across insurance regulatory frameworks, including ACPR guidelines, insurance distribution rules, and legal regulations applicable to health and disability insurance contracts. • Bonus - experience on international markets and drafting in English. • Bonus - experience at regulatory authority would be a plus. • Fluency in French and in professional English (written and spoken).
