📋 Description

• Drafting motions for relief from the automatic stay. • Preparing and defending secured creditor proofs of claims. • Defending motions to value. • Drafting any other pleadings to protect the interests of a creditor during the bankruptcy process. • Certifying and ensuring that the Firm’s systems of record are updated timely and accurately. • Collaborating with attorneys, support staff, and other firm members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bar License in the state MI (Required) • More than eight (8) years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, and/or other equivalent experience representing servicers and financial institutions. • Strong leadership skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner. • Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA. • Experience in appellate practice.
