📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently, with partial remote work and fieldwork • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship
