ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become ALB’s sales agent in your local area • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No investment required
