ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your assigned area • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Manage your schedule independently, combining partial remote work with fieldwork • Use the ALB platform to track requests and manage operations • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and monitor their activities

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation • Self-motivation and ability to work with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • No initial investment required
