• Identifier et rentrer de nouveaux biens en gestion • Devenir le référent ALB sur son secteur • Gérer un parc immobilier comme sa propre entreprise • Coordonner le ménage et la maintenance • Gérer les relations avec les propriétaires et les voyageurs • Organiser librement son temps • Travailler en partie à distance et sur le terrain

• Statut indépendant • Force de conviction pour convaincre les propriétaires • Ouverture aux candidats venant de l’immobilier, du commerce, de la coiffure ou de tout autre domaine • Envie d’apprendre et de bien faire • Autonomie dans l’organisation de l’emploi du temps • Démarrage à votre feu vert
