They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences, if necessary • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Highly motivated • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
