They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) • Create and optimize listings on these platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Manage reservations and guest relations (messaging, check-in, disputes) • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have a background in real estate, sales, or an entirely different sector • Motivation and drive • The independence of a self-employed professional with the support of a structured network • Employment status: Self-employed / Independent contractor • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
