📋 Description
• You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel) as part of the ALB network. • Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Reservation management and guest relations (messaging, check-in, disputes) • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospecting for new property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties
🎯 Requirements
• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation matters most • You want the autonomy of an independent role with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
