ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage all concierge operations in your area as an independent manager • Sign new concierge contracts in your area • Oversee cleaning and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure property owners' and guests' satisfaction in your area • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and grow its visibility in your territory • Track property owner requests in your area and manage your activity in real time via the ALB platform • Build and manage a portfolio of properties

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivated and entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work autonomously as an independent contractor • Interest in building long-term recurring revenue • Relevant experience may come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, management, hospitality/restaurant, or other sectors • Comprehensive training provided • Independent contractor status • Flexible start — begin at your own pace • No upfront investment required
