ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage all concierge service operations in your area as an independent operator • Sign new concierge service contracts within your area • Manage cleaning and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and increase its visibility • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
