📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Conciergerie territory • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present the ALB offering and secure property management mandates • Set up properties: conduct audits, provide interior design advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage relationships with property owners and continuously optimize performance • Prepare reports and grow the business with complete autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • No investment required
