📋 Description

• Lead business development for your ALB Conciergerie territory • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present ALB’s offering and secure property management mandates • Onboard properties: conduct audits, provide interior design advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage ongoing relationships with property-owner clients • Continuously optimize performance • Prepare reports and develop your business with complete autonomy

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Enjoy the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • No investment required
