📋 Description

• Prospect for new customers across all channels (phone, email, in-person outreach, WhatsApp, and events) using your prospecting, networking, and referral-building skills. • Present Stride as the essential tool for restaurant and hotel operators, from initial discovery through contract signing. • Work with our internal teams to ensure a smooth launch, from the first contact through the start of customer onboarding. • Engage our local partners and participate with them in events and on-the-ground initiatives. • Share field feedback to help evolve our offering in line with the needs of local customers.

🎯 Requirements

• You are passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industries and know where to find the best establishments. • You understand the day-to-day operations and challenges of local businesses. • You enjoy engaging with people through any channel and support entrepreneurs with empathy and enthusiasm. • You can explain technology in simple terms. • You are self-motivated, thorough, and open to feedback. • Native or bilingual French is essential, along with a good level of English. Additional languages are a plus. • Freelance status (or the ability to invoice for your services) is required. • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or SaaS for local businesses is an advantage.
