ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Organize your schedule freely and work in the field or remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Strong persuasive skills • Ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other background • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to work independently • Availability to start whenever you are ready
